When you contact us

We receive the information you choose to share by email or phone. We use it to respond to your enquiry and discuss support. Please share only what is needed for an initial conversation.

No website intake form

This first version uses direct email and phone links. It does not collect enquiries through a website form or send them to an AI system. Your email or phone provider will handle the message or call under its own terms.

Your browser

The site stores your light or dark appearance choice locally in your browser. No analytics, advertising trackers or third-party fonts are included in this version.

Questions and requests

For questions about information you have shared, or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, email aha@happyish.org.uk.

You can also ask about restricting or objecting to use of your information, where applicable. If you have a data-protection concern, contact us or raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Enquiry records and service providers

An email may contain your name, reply address and the description of your task. A phone enquiry may provide your number and information you choose to share. Email and telephone services handle those communications; website hosting and the Insights service may also process technical requests. Sending an enquiry is not an application for AI processing.

The detailed retention schedule, lawful basis, service-provider arrangements and any international transfers are still being confirmed. This page does not claim that those decisions or a complete mentoring-record policy are already in place.

Optional AI continuity

Persistent AI memory is a future proposal, not a current website feature. Before offering it, we would explain the provider, information used, purpose, retention and deletion arrangements. It would require a separate choice, with memory you can inspect, correct or remove and goals reconfirmed with you. You could receive mentoring without choosing AI continuity.

Before structured mentoring or evaluation records are collected, this notice needs the confirmed handling, lawful basis, retention, sharing and rights information for those records.
