In our sessions

Your rights, in practice.

Ask for a break, a shorter step or another explanation. You can decline AI or screen sharing, change your goal, or stop a session. You do not need to justify those choices.

If you return after a gap, we agree what matters to you now. Any future optional AI memory would need to be visible, correctable and removable by you; it would not hold you to an old goal.

If an adjustment is not working, or you have a concern about the support, contact Karl by email or telephone. Tell us how you would prefer to discuss it. Contact details are available without opening any of the cards above.
